Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to do so free of charge.
To request an exchange:

Provide your order number and the product you’d like to exchange for.

We’ll process your exchange and adjust any price difference by refunding or charging the balance to your original payment method.
Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
One-Year Warranty
All Calmarsi products come with a one-year warranty.
If your item breaks or stops working within that time, we’ll send you a replacement or exchange it at no cost, including shipping.
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it at no cost.
Simply follow the same steps listed under “Refunds” or “Exchanges” to get started.
Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we will correct the mistake right away at no cost to you.

We will ship the correct product with priority handling and tracking, usually arriving within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order never arrives and tracking shows no progress, contact us.
Once confirmed with the carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Cancelling Your Order

We will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
This applies even if the product has already been shipped.
